Order Processing

We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3-6 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Shipping Time

The tentative delivery period varies from 7-10 business days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 60 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.180. (If available)

Problems In Delivery

We use third party courier services to ship our orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, share the same with us WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. We will not be liable in case any issue is raised after 2 days from the date of delivery and if the courier company refuses to investigate the issue.
