Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY –

5-DAY RETURNS

Items purchased from The HYPE & VIBE are eligible for return, if returned within 5 days of delivery. However, this is applicable ONLY in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. No return will be allowed if the customer has correctly received the product(s) as per the order placed.

Please raise a return request or inform us by sending a mail to hypeandvibecare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery in case you have received a wrong product. Taking a video of opening the package will help in a quick resolution for damaged or defective products.

In order to raise a replacement request for misprinting / damaged / defective items received by you, please send us pictures of the product along with the original packaging in which the product was received, and with shipping label and the customer details clearly visible. You can mail the same to us on hypeandvibecare@gmail.com. Once they are verified by our support team, the refund / exchange will be initiated. It will be conveyed to you through email. A refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY –

The items can be exchanged without any additional costs in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. 

CANCELLATIONS –

• • In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.

• • If we have already printed the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product will follow the normal delivery process.

• • For Cash on Delivery Orders, no cancellation will be allowed if a cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner.

• • Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept / fulfill an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed over the email, and if the order is prepaid, refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.

Things To Consider

• • The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

• • The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

• • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.

• • Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for the Boxer Shorts.

• • If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. It is also mandatory for our customers to make an unboxing video of the parcel.

Note:

1. If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

2. Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

3. If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

4. It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
